“National Training Program” –Training Curriculum System Construction of Replacem

Abstract. This paper, on the basis of the investigation, analyzes the “national training program” - curriculum project status of replacement training English teachers in rural primary and secondary schools. Based on establishing a comprehensive view of the development of curriculum goals and optimizing the structure of training courses, the author proposed a new vision of training implementation of the new curriculum design and evaluation of training courses.

1.Introduction

  It is proposed in “Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020)” that “we should focus on rural teachers and improve the overall quality of primary and secondary school teachers”, determining training requirements of continuing education in our country. To meet this requirement, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance in 2010 began a full implementation of the “National Teacher Training Program”, namely the “national training program”. “National training program” promote the country to carry out large-scale teacher training and comprehensively improve the quality of teachers. In 2010 first implementation of rural primary and secondary school teachers replacing full-time training program (hereinafter referred to as training project) as a national training program of “Midwest rural teacher training project”, it has a model of organizing teachers and students of Normal College to support education in rural primary and secondary schools, and the replaced teachers of the rural primary and secondary teachers will be trained in institutions and outstanding high schools for a period of three to six months of full-time training. It aims to improve rural primary and secondary teachers’ professional quality and level of education and teaching to enable it to implement curriculum reform and quality education. In this training program, courses are core elements and the carrier of the entire training vectors and are the training objectives and training key. Curriculum includes four elements: course objectives, course structure, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation, which are also four elements of the course curriculum policy that makers need to consider when building the four questions: What are course Objectives? What course content should be set? How to implement these courses? How to evaluate the program results? But there is still a lack of such studies in the country. Author’s school in the 2010 -2012 has undertaken training task. And in the three years, the author is responsible for primary and secondary school English teacher training. Through the understanding and analysis of training courses purpose, curriculum content, teaching forms and assesent methods and other aspects of demand and the effect of feedback, the author proposed to build on the training curriculum, hoping for undertaking this program to help other institutions.
