一、教学设计与策略
1.教学设计的指导思想及依据《英语课程标准》中明确指出:“基础教育阶段英语课程的目标是培养学生的综合语言运用能力。”而学生语言综合运用能力的内容就是学生能从生活实际出发,进行真实的语言交际。依据《英语课程标准》,笔者充分遵循以生为本的原则,在教学中,让学生“为用而学,在用中学”,最终达到学以致用的目的。本节课是对话课,让学生“表达喜好”的活动过程,学习定语从句的基本用法,掌握谈论事物与人物的基本技能,培养学生获取信息、筛选信息并运用信息进行语言交流的能力。
2.教学策略选择与设计
新课程倡导学生应该是知识的主动构建者,学习的过程是自我建构、自我生成的过程。所以,教师在设计教学时,要充分考虑学生自身需求,树立学生是学习的中心、教师的“教”应该基于学生的“学”的思想。九年级的学生已经具备了一定的语言运用能力,所以本课情境交际法和任务型教学法,帮助学生主动参与到教学过程中来,进行主动学习、合作、交流、探究。
3.教学目标
(1)Knowledge and capability:Learn new vocabularies “lyric,gentle,prefer and structure “What kind of...do you like?I like music that I can dance to/ I prefer musicians who can write their own music”;Learn The Attributive Clause leading by “that and who”.
(2)Process and method:Learn to express their hobbies by task—based teaching method;help Ss grasp the structure by listening, speaking and writing practice.
(3)Attitude of feeling and sense of value: Train students to talk about their hobbies and arouse their interest of study.
4.教学内容
本课围绕着“谈论个人喜好”的话题,设计一些贴近学生实际的语境,展开听、说、读、写的活动。本课内容分为三:第一主要围绕“音乐”的话题,运用that,which关系代词引导的定语从句,让学生谈论对音乐的喜好;第二围绕“人”的话题,运用who、that关系代词引导的定语从句,学会发表对“人”的看法;第三是运用拓展,运用who、that关系代词引导的定语从句,学习谈论电影、服装、书籍、饮食、朋友、老师等方面的喜好。5.教学:Key vocabularies and structures
